Between 3 months and 18 months. In some cases it could be longer or shorter. During the mission the manager is a full member of the operational team.

There is no legal connection between the manager and the company. The contract is between the interim executive legal entity and the company. They sign a service contract.

  • You have the right person but she/he is working 24/24 and you cannot ask her/him to handle a new challenge without jeopardizing their present activity.
  • You don’t have the right competencies in-house but you cannot hire new people because of your present situation or because you don’t need these competencies on the long term.
  • You can need an external leader to make a key project happen.

First of all we need to have a meeting to understand what you want, what are your expectations from us and what is the time frame.

If we decide to work together, a service contract is signed. Then Urgences Manageriales identifies an interim executive and few days later the manager is ready to start the mission.
