Doctor in Veterinary Medecine, Pascal is also Graduate from Sciences Po Paris.
He starts as vet practitioner then moves to the pharmaceutical industry in marketing roles for SCHERING-PLOUGH and BAYER PHARMA.
For 13 years, he develops the vet business of UPJOHN in France and French Africa then the PHARMACIA business after the merge of Upjohn, Pharmacia and Searle.
From 2001 to 2006, he develops the international reach of SERVIER in Russia and Romania.
Then he starts PBT-PHARMA. For 7 years he takes action with executives who want to strenghten their organization to seize business opportunities or who need to overcome exceptional situation successfully. He leads missions in France, in Europe and in the Russian Zone. His customers are Global Pharmas or Family-owned Laboratory.
In 2013, he joins ZOETIS (ex-PFIZER), the Animal Health world leader, to take over the role of EMEA Marketing Head for Companion Animal Range.
In 2016, convinced that interim executive is a powerful tool to enhance customers, employees and partners relationships, he creates Urgences Managériales, specialized in staffing interim executives for Pharmas and Lifesciences companies
